I'm tired most days as well. My sleep at night is terrible. Usually
I'll fall asleep at a reasonable time but then wake up at 1:30-2:00am
and not fall back to sleep until around 4:00am. It's a frustrating
cycle.
I get worried - I'm playing with a sleep tracker and I'll go to sleep
around 11:00pm, but the tracker won't start counting sleep until 1 or 2
am. Wondering if I'm tossing and turning, thinking I'm asleep but I'm
not.
I did get 10 hours of sleep last week - what am amazing feeling after
6-7 hours as a rule.
