How is this game? Is the easy mode truly easy? I need to be able to get through the whole game without any difficult combat requring twitchiness or really hard aiming. Many years of anti-psychotics have really dulled my reflexes big time. This is on sale for a little over $10 at CDKeys. Since I'd be getting it there, a refund would be out of the question if it's too hard, unlike on Steam.

    I own this and the add-ons (PS5).
It isn't too bad, but at times, certain bosses can be - so you have to learn how to do and what to do .. as long as you are decent with multiple keys (keyboard I am guessing unless you have an Xbox looking controller for your PC), it isn't bad at all.

Did you play in normal or easy mode? I am far from decent with multiple
keys, and am not likely to learn patterns. I'll stay away from this, then.
Is there anything that you could suggest, given my limitations? I have PS
    type controllers.

The game is easier than most, I believe I chose the STORY mode (Easy? I'll have to power it up and look) to be able to work on the storyline (both games). The rest of the game is decent. There is a spot where you have to climb up a TALLNECK and that may get frustrating until you realize where your character actually has to go.

I just got the BARD'S TALE Trilogy for my PC, so I've been playing that. It came out when I was a kid, and saw it, but never owned it to play - so I'm making up for ALL these lost years. I believe it is on steam as well, as that's where I had first played it a few years ago.

I'm a GHOST RECON - WILDLANDS kinda person, so having the PS5 feedback is new to me -- wish that had been around for all these years as it really does mimic live firearms in regards to trigger pull and feedback.

Never played Bards Tale, what's it like?

I missed the early D&D games completely growing up, what do you like about them? I'll have to give them a shot.

    Simple and Original.. LOL
These updated with newer graphics make them much easier on the eye to play as well.

    To which Darklord replies...

I absolutely love "The Bard's Tale" on the Atari ST. The graphics and
story were great for the time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's just
really unfortunate that no further releases in the series made it to the
    ST line...
