Had a bug in 0.2.2 which prevented the creation of new systems on windows - that is fixed.
Many bugfixes/changes - esp. in the PPL area - container format
should now be stable but I don't promise it 100% - want to release 0.3.0 this month.
PCBoard enthusiasts will find the whole package - I rewrote all tools. Included PPL dev tools + lsp. I would call it now backwards compatible. Was a long time since the last PPE that didn't run.
(But there are too many for me to try all out)
It goes way beyond PCBoard features already - for example you can include other editors - ice edit if you want, upload processor, email pw self service and much more.
Will write it up on the 0.3.0 release. But it's a successor of pcboard which took years to develop and is soon usable.
