Supressing the enemy is vital to the safety of our mind, spirit and
soul. We're to guard our heart at all the times. We need to put on
the full body of armour of God to do this as well as be able to be
victorious. Ready our minds with salvation. Also, wearing the belt
of Truth to be able to know what is valid. The Word of God is our
weapon to withstand attacks.

Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to
stand against the wiles of the devil.

It is not people (flesh & blood) were to withstand from but the
powers and pricipalities in high places.

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of
this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye
may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to
stand.

Truth is knowledge and knowledge is power. For if we know the Truth,
the Word of God we'll be able to succeed in all that we do to be
victorious.

Eph 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth,
and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

We're to remain righteous. The moment we accepted Jesus into our
heart, an empty void was filled with love and happiness. When we
let our guard down, the mind starts to wonder. We're to love and
delight in the Lord Jesus.

Eph 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of
peace;

The "good news" is the gospel and the peace we're granted is from
our Lord and Savior Jesus.

Eph 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall
be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

First to have faith, to have hope and to love for forgiveness is
washing away a multitude of sins. This shield will protect us as we
remained focused on Him, the Lord Jesus.

Also, remain in prayer is our Spirit is as one, in unison with the
LORD.
