• uedit, echocfg and umonitor accept -insert but omit it from their usag

Three UIFC-based utilities accept the `-insert` command-line option but leave it out of the usage text they print for an unrecognized option, so there is no way to discover it short of reading the source.

    | Utility | Parses `-insert` | Lists it in usage output |
    |---|---|---|
    | `scfg` | `scfg/scfg.c:496` | **yes** — `scfg/scfg.c:616`: `-insert enable keyboard insert mode by default` |
    | `uedit` | `uedit/uedit.c:1936` | no |
    | `echocfg` | `echocfg.c:788` | no |
    | `umonitor` | `umonitor/umonitor.c:918` | no |

All four do the same thing with it (`uifc.insert_mode = TRUE`), so the inconsistency is in the help text, not the behavior.

Suggested fix: add scfg's line to the other three usage blocks.

The omission propagates into the documentation, since wiki pages written from a utility's own help output inherit it. `util:uedit` now has an Options section listing `-insert`, taken from the parser rather than the help text, with a note that the utility itself does not list it.
