32 column minimum value

I went ahead and changed TERM_COLS_MIN to 32 in sbbsdefs.h on 3.21e,
Linux. I rebuilt and have been testing with a Coco 2 at 32x16. Here is
what I found.
WORKS-
Clean build, no problems running since Oct 30
console.screen_columns = 32 is now accepted from login.js, so a 32x16
choice at sign-in works
Reading messages at 32 - they re-wrap properly. Short lines the author
ended on purpose are kept, but I see the same at 51 columns, so that's
not caused by the change.
Posting at 32 works well. The message's records its real width (32),
and when it's read at 80 columns the lines join back into full-width paragraphs. (putmsg.cpp treats any recorded width below TERM_COLS_MIN as
80, so this depends on the minimum being lowered too)
Cosmetic-
File Listings: one line per file, so at 32 columns the description get
cut to just a few characters. Extended file descriptions shows the same truncated description.
Fixed-width stock lists wrap at 32 the last-callers list at logon, and
the group / sub-board lists (J). I worked around these with my own
compact versions in mods.
Menu and bulletin frames needed .c32 versions as expected.
Nothing broke and all seems to be working well. It would be great to
see the minimum lowered to 32 or made configurable.
Thanks again,
Michael Pittsley (JustMike)
