    Does anyone still use tinytic?

Will tinytic work properly with Synchronet v3.21e?

I'm trying to use it now with my new install and tinytic does it's job but the files never show up as being uploaded now in Synchronet even though I go look and the files are in the directory where tinytic put them. Does this mean tinytic with no longer work with Synchronet?

Any help or suggstions would be great.

Side note I use to use tinytic with Synchronet v3.19 and it worked just fine and the files showed up in Synchronet when tinytic processed them.

    Thanks
    Mojo

    No, but..

Most likely. All Tinytic does it process .tic files and move the files to a directory. I don't think Tinytic knows anything about a BBS's file bases or data files.

Try using sbbs/exec/addfiles.js to add the files to Synchronet.

My guess is at that point you were using the addfiles executable that is now deprecated, as addfiles.js has taken it's place.

I think I've mentioned this to you before, but tickit.js would probably be much easier, since it's native to Synchronet.

I think sysops that used TinyTic with Synchronet used to use addfiles to get the files into the Synchronet file bases. As of Synchronet v3.19, addfiles[.exe] was deprecated in favor of addfiles.js and so that might just be the issue:
