Title: Jackie's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake

MMMMM----------------------DRY INGREDIENTS---------------------------
3 1/2 c Flour
3 c Sugar
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg

MMMMM----------------------WET INGREDIENTS---------------------------
2 c Pumpkin
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Apple sauce
2/3 c Water
4 Eggs

MMMMM---------------------------FINISH--------------------------------
1/2 Bag semisweet chocolate
- chips

This recipe makes 7 mini loaves. It will also fill a 9x13" pan, plus
an additional 9x9" cake pan.

Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients well
and add to dry ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips last. Bake at @
325?F for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
