Title: Papaya Sherbet

Yield: 2 Servings

1 c Papaya pulp
1 c Sugar
2 c Light cream
2 Oranges; juice of

Sieve or rice papaya for pulp. Mix orange juice, cream, and sugar.
Then add pulp and mix. Pour into freezer tray. When partly frozen,
remove and beat with egg beater in chilled bowl. Return to freezer.
