    memory is so pricey right now. Unless I want to raid my savings account, I was thinking of going for a mac mini m4 pro
    with 24gb ram / 1tb storage. ~ 1200 usd

    I want to play Final Fantasy 14 on it.

    I have the 16GB 256GB M4 Mac Mini and it is by far the best $499 I've ever spent on a computer. I have ZERO complaints about the Mac Mini and suggest it to most everyone who asks about buying a computer in 2025 - for people needing more, the Mac Mini Pro looks like a great choice.

    I want to play Final Fantasy 14 on it.

    I am not a gamer - do make sure FF14 runs on Apple Silicone, or well over Rosetta 2, before making your purchase... YouTube is your friend, I think. :P

    I have a M4 Mac Mini, it just ate too much hd space. But I cant wait to try it maybe on a M5 Pro.
