Police have "serious concerns" for the safety of a 19-year-old girl with an intellectual disability missing from south Auckland.


Ngahina, who is missing her two front teeth, has not been seen since Sunday.


She was last seen on the driveway of her home on Alfriston Rd in Manurewa at around 11am on April 27.


She was 1.62m tall and last seen wearing a light blue hoodie and blue jeans.


Police said Ngahina required medication and had an intellectual disability.
