service, the food pantry, the jail visit, the ride to the appointment,
the project that has been half finished in your garage since spring.

It is a working echo. Bring what you are doing, what you have learned
doing it, and what you still need in order to finish.

"For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's farming, God's
    building."
    -- 1 Corinthians 3:9

    WHAT TO POST
    ------------

    * What your church or ministry is up to, and what it taught you.

    * A project you need hands, advice, or materials for. Somebody two
states away has done it before.

    * Something that worked, in enough detail that a reader could copy
it. This is the most useful kind of post in the echo.

    * Something that did not work. Often more useful than the wins, and
much rarer, because it costs something to post.

    * A need you know of that somebody reading might be able to fill.

No job here is too small to mention and none is too ordinary.

"Now there are various kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit."
    -- 1 Corinthians 12:4

    ON STAYING AT IT
    ----------------

"I sent messengers to them, saying, 'I am doing a great work, so that
I can't come down. Why should the work cease, while I leave it, and
    come down to you?'"
    -- Nehemiah 6:3

Nehemiah was asked four times to leave the wall and come argue, and
four times he sent the same answer back. There is a lesson in that for
    anyone doing something useful.

"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season,
    if we don't give up."
    -- Galatians 6:9

If the work has worn you out, say that here too. Tired laborers are
still laborers, and this echo is full of people who know the feeling.
If what you need is prayer for it, the Prayer Line echo is right next
    door.

"Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always
abounding in the Lord's work, because you know that your labor is
not in vain in the Lord."
