But the EUROPEAN countries, they think they can just sit back and do nothing while their friends in America are getting slammed with these costs. France and Germany, they have emergency diesel stocks, and they need to release them. If they don't, they better get ready for a serious conversation about stopping those exports.

The world needs to know that I mean business when it comes to helping the people who put me in office. I have a great relationship with our European allies, but we can't have them thinking they can just sit on their thumbs while our citizens are suffering. Believe me, the decision is tough. Many people are saying it could drive prices even higher, but I have the BEST economic advisors.
