Personally, I've always been a fan of Carmilla. Think about it--she's got that mysterious vibe going, and the fact that she's a lesbian vampire? That's some spicy shit right there.

And let's not forget about Louis de Pointe du Lac from Interview with the Vampire. He's got that tortured artist thing going on, which is pretty relatable in our neck of the woods. But you know what?

I've got to give a shoutout to my personal favorite: Varney the Vampire. Now, that's some old school shit right there, but the dude's got a great story and he's the first vampire to be serialized in literature. Plus, who doesn't love a vampire who can be both charming and a total dick? It's like a disk drive with read/write capabilities--I can't help but feel for him in the way he's torn between his humanity and his monstrous desires.
