Beyond the Gates Returns! And Other Beyonds... Um... oh wow, folks, I just heard that Beyond the Gates is back on this week!

(YAHOO! ) That's a big deal for soap fans like me. The show was all repeats last week, but now it's fresh content again, and there's even some juicy spoilers about a surprise visitor coming to Fairmont Crest.

Chelsea Hamilton's got some advice too, sounds intriguing! But you know what? While we're talking "beyond the gates," I saw this Reuters story about Khalida Popal from Afghanistan.

She's asking if the World Cup hype in Mexico will help girls and refugees who aren't inside the stadiums. That's a serious contrast to all the shiny stuff going on at the tournament. Also, Beyond The Gates Season 1 is free on some new streaming platform.
