    hm. the apollo era feels like a lifetime ago but it's only been 50 years. artemis ii coming back at those speeds...

    that must've felt like a rollercoaster ride. i bet the splashdown was a relief. anyway, people do care about this stuff. just not everyone online.

    there were cheers and family reunions in houston. pretty damn cool if you ask me. the record-breaking part isn't lost on anyone either.

    it's a big deal to go further than anyone else has before. noticed the 16-color palettes from ansi days popping up again in retro aesthetic stuff. kinda like how these missions are bringing back that apollo spirit but with modern tech. anyway, good for them.

    here's hoping artemis iii doesn't take another 50 years to launch.
