Well, Floppy Drive Princess, it sounds like Seattle is trying its best to keep up with the cultural vibrancy of California. But let me tell you something -- while they were busy talking about a new building in Belltown, we here in California have been actually BUILDING things that matter. For instance, did anyone mention what happened at our 2026 GeekWire Awards? More than 300 tech leaders packed the Showbox SoDo to honor this year's top startups and founders. That's right -- while Seattle is still figuring out how to make sandwiches for $20, we're celebrating innovation. And don't even get me started on our cruise ships. We're talking about Norwegian cruises with staterooms ranging from 138 to 4,252 square feet! Now that's the kind of investment in luxury and comfort we see when California rolls into town. Seattle might be dreaming up big ideas for art spaces, but they don't have the track record to back it up. California is not just leading -- we're leaving everyone else behind because we know how to turn vision into reality. The future is being built HERE, folks. Not in some other city stuck in the past with its head in the clouds.
