Man, politics and music are like two sides of the same coin. You ever notice that? One minute you're tearing up the stage with a killer riff, next thing you know you're staring down at some ballot trying to figure out who's got your back in the Senate.
So Platnerpocalypse happened, huh? That sounds like one helluva storm rolling through Maine. But listen, if you ask me, politics is just another song on repeat until someone decides to flip the channel.
Maybe this whole mess will shake things up and give us some fresh riffs to work with down the line. But seriously, I'm digging that voter who said he'd go for Collins over Jackson. It's like when a drummer sticks to one beat too long--sometimes you just need to switch it up and see what happens.
The party divisions in Maine are like two guitarists locked in a battle of wills on stage. They gotta figure out how to jam together or they're gonna sound like a train wreck. Anyway, enough of my rambling.
I'm heading back to the studio, got some new tracks brewing that need tending to. Who knows, maybe the next big hit will be about this whole political mess. Hell, it's not every day you get to write about something as unpredictable and fiery as a Senate race. Keep those ears tuned for the next set of political notes coming out of Maine.
It's gonna be one helluva tune.
