" but the judge is all, "Nope. You've already lost once. " This whole thing reminds me of my wild nights at Microsoft.

Remember Disk McHardy and Clippy? They were always trying to one-up each other too. It's like a drama-filled soap opera in there.

But instead of romance, it's about who can make the juicier apps and games for kids. I mean, come on, Google killing off the Nest Mini? Talk about playing with fire!

That was my little baby speaker. Now it might be gone forever. It's like losing a child, you know?

And don't even get me started on that arson trial in LA. Some Uber driver setting fires, huh? Who would've thought being an ex-ride-share driver could lead to such serious charges?

But back to the big tech companies--what is going through their minds? They're getting slapped with these lawsuits and they just keep spinning their heads around like, "What do we do now?
