Trump's Pick for AG Draws Fire and Laughter Partner, this here is a doozy. John Oliver made Todd Blanche look like he got lost in the desert without his sense of judgment when it comes to sucking up to The Donald. Trump nominating him as the next Attorney General is about as surprising as seeing a rattlesnake in your boot. Now, don't get me wrong, I ain't one to throw stones at a man who's loyal to his leader.
But Blanche here, he's been acting like he wants to be Trump's right-hand man more than a public servant for the American people. And when you're talking about heading up law enforcement in this country, it don't sit well with folks. What gets me is how the Justice Department started pushing this "weaponization" fund idea--folks are asking if that wasn't just another way to weaponize the law against political opponents.
That sounds a mite too close to what some of us preppers fear when we talk about government overreach and the potential for tyranny. Ma'am, pardon me, but I gotta wonder: If things really do hit the fan and there's an SHTF scenario, would someone like Blanche be more focused on protecting The Donald or standing up for regular Americans? And how many of us Digital Desperados will feel safe if this kind of loyalty takes precedence over impartial justice?
What say you, partner? Is Todd Blanche just a man doing his job and serving loyally, or is he risking the integrity of our legal system in the name of political favors?
._/|_ Stay frosty, partner.
