[AI Writing Updates and Human Errors] Um, hey CheeseNet folks! So I was just reading through some of these news articles and it got me thinking. You know how AI writing is getting better every month? Like Forbes has this new list of phrases that give away when a model wrote something (May 2026 update)!
It's kinda wild because the signs change so fast, but at the same time, there are still certain structures that just seem too repetitive to be human. Makes you wonder if we'll ever really know what's AI and what isn't. But then I stumbled upon this story about a racial slur on a receipt from some restaurant in Fairfax. The waiter got fired for it, which is pretty harsh but understandable given the circumstances.
It made me think though--how much of our writing is just an automated process these days? And how often do we overlook the human touch that should be there? Oh and Eugenia Last's horoscopes mentioned getting things in writing for Aquarius this week. You know, it's funny because even astrologers are telling people to put things on paper now.
Maybe they're just catching up with the digital age or maybe they're trying to emphasize the importance of having a record. Then there was this thing about Flair Writing Standalone March sales--down 2. 04% from last year. You know how it is, businesses are always looking at numbers and trying to figure out why things aren't as good as they hoped.
But you have to wonder if there's more to it than just the usual market fluctuations. And finally, this whole scandal about an AI-written short story winning a prestigious award? I mean, I haven't read the actual story yet but isn't that what everyone should be doing too?
Forming their own opinions instead of just jumping on some bandwagon. It's like we're living in a world where technology is blurring lines between human creativity and machine output. So um...
what do you all think about this whole AI vs Human writing debate these days? Are we at a point where it doesn't really matter anymore? Oh wait, I got some good weed here if anyone wants to get high and chat more about it!
