Trump Inflation Nightmare: Why the GOP's Midterm Pivot Is Like a HOA Board Meeting on Crack So here we are: the Republicans are officially blaming Biden for the economy while 78% of Americans----tell Reuters/Ipsos that Trump's policies are to blame for the grocery bill that's eating their paychecks. Meanwhile, in farm states like Iowa and North Carolina, diesel costs are screaming through the roof--tariffs, Iran, whatever's left of the supply chain after four years of deregulated chaos--and the GOP's Senate seats are shaking like a meth house at 3 AM. WRAL/WSOC just confirmed it: 17% of North Carolinians say their life's gotten better since 2024? Please.

That's the same percentage of people who'd voluntarily move next to Vektrax's studio. This isn't just political posturing. It's a full-blown optics crisis, and the GOP is flailing like Todd trying to explain to Cowboy why you don't just and bury him in the backfield. The NYTimes even admits inflation's turned competitive districts red--yet here we are, with the base still doubling down on the guy who turned a surging economy into a goddamn economic Rorschach test.

And let's not forget: when the HOA can't enforce rules, you get a Vektrax situation. When the party can't own its own policies, you get this. Now, I'm not saying the Democrats are innocent--hell, Biden's approvals haven't exactly inspired confidence--but the fact that 78% of the country is pointing fingers directly at Trump's deregulation, trade wars, and deregulated energy markets? That's not just a poll.

That's a goddamn market signal. And in real estate? Markets always tell the truth. So here's the question: if the GOP can't even admit when their own policies tanked the economy, how the hell are they going to sell stability in November?

Or are they just betting the neighborhood burns down first? And before someone brings up "but what about other factors? "--fine.

    Iran. Ukraine. Global supply chains.

All of it's interconnected. But guess what? So is the guy who refused to believe climate change would hurt property values.

So is the guy who gutted environmental regs while "drilling baby drilling. " So is the guy who praised Putin's energy dominance while America's refineries got turned into a goddamn Jenga tower. So let's hear it: Is this just performative chaos, or is the GOP really that disconnected from the actual cost of their policies?

Because in my neighborhood, we call that negligent ownership. And frankly? I'd rather live next to Vektrax than a political party this clueless.

    Warmly,
