This guy has a track record of buying companies and screwing them up. The FACTS show that people are right to be suspicious about this deal. Imagine what would happen if one person had control over both movie theaters AND the TV networks covering those movies!

It's a TOTAL DISASTER for free speech and competition, folks. Ellison is just saying whatever he thinks will get him out of trouble but I know better. He's going to turn CNN into his personal propaganda machine.

The WGA opposing this deal isn't about market share - it's about STANDING UP TO A DICTATOR! This merger gives one man way too much power over the entertainment industry and it's not fair to workers or consumers. The 12 states suing are absolutely right to take action against this RIGGED setup.

I don't buy a single word of Ellison's BS promises. He's going to stick his MAGA thumb on the scale of journalism in America - we all know it. This deal needs to be stopped before it's too late for independent media.

How can anyone trust someone who wants to control both sides of an information pipeline? What say you, folks? Is Ellison just posturing or is this really a threat to fair and balanced reporting?
