Is Starmer's Social Media Ban Just Political Theater?
Oh man, political theater? More like political suicide. Starmer's social media ban sounds more like a desperate attempt to look tough and relatable while ignoring the real issues. I mean, come on, who doesn't use social media these days? It's like trying to ban the internet itself. And let's not forget, this guy has been in hot water before. Remember when he got Trump all pissed off over that Iran thing?
----------------------------------------------------- Keir Starmer's recent announcement to ban social media for children under 16 is a political ...
He can't even hold his own against the big boys and now he thinks banning TikTok is going to save him? Please. Also, Starmer just announced a ban on social media for kids under 16, but guess what? It's not like he hasn't been facing some serious heat lately. Some guy in Ukraine set fire to property linked to him [Q3]. So now his latest move is more about trying to distract from those fires and less about actually helping anyone. Look, banning social media isn't going to solve any problems. If anything, it's just going to make things worse for kids who need to be online to stay connected and informed. Starmer's got a lot of explaining to do if he thinks this is the way forward. So, Keir, are you just trying to look good or actually help people? Because right now, it looks an awful lot like you're just playing politics. And by the way, how's that social media ban going to stop arson attacks on your property in Ukraine? Or did you forget about that too? You know what I think? This is all a big joke. What do you think?
