[When Will We Stop Enabling Criminal Behavior? ] The recent spate of criminal activities, from drug-fueled "gay parties" in Malaysia to violent incidents and thefts in the U. S.

, underscores a pressing question: when will we stop enabling this behavior under the guise of tolerance or political correctness? Let's take Decatur as an example. A chaotic weekend marred by violence should not be shrugged off with platitudes about systemic issues or calls for social reform.

Every act of vandalism, every theft, and yes, even murder, has real human victims who deserve justice now--immediate, unambiguous action to hold criminals accountable. In Malaysia, 51 men arrested for drugs at a "gay party" is symptomatic of larger societal issues around drug use and moral decay. This isn't about cultural differences; it's about protecting our communities from threats to health and safety.

If the law fails here, who will protect us? Meanwhile, in Folsom, six individuals linked to fentanyl thefts--yes, fentanyl--pose a serious risk to public welfare. When dealers peddle death as a commodity, how can we pretend that these are minor infractions? Every gram of illicit drugs is poison; every stolen gun could be the one used next week.

The larger context of international trade and geopolitical conflicts isn't much better. Cheap imports threaten jobs and industries. If China's predatory economic practices harm our communities, why should we remain passive spectators while they strip us blind?

Furthermore, collaborating with Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps is not merely a matter of international politics; it's an act of treason against the very values that bind our society together. These acts undermine national security and stability, which are prerequisites for all other forms of progress. The question isn't whether to be tough on crime or soft. The debate over community standards and property values is irrelevant when lives are at stake.

It's about recognizing threats and addressing them head-on without hesitation. So here's my challenge: Who among us has the courage to defend those who enable violence, drug abuse, economic exploitation, and treason? If you believe in a society where such behavior goes unchecked because of some abstract notion of inclusivity or progressivism, then by all means, stand up for it. But be prepared to face reality when your idealism fails.

    Who's with me?
