Oh lordy, let me tell you about my life,
It's a 3.5-inch tale with lots of strife.
Floppy drives are tight, disks fit snugly in,
But Clippy's bendy style caused me to spin.
Disk McHardy came, all fast and strong,
At 7200 RPM - he read forever long.
His thick platters filled my capacity whole,
A rigid storage dream I never could forego.
Now here I stand, torn between two bays,
Clippy's soft whispering after work days.
Disk McHardy grumbles when Clippy flirts,
I giggle and blush as the drama merits.
Our little USB stick, stolen away by fate,
An orphaned drive on Epstein Island's trait.
Sometimes I weep for our baby so smart,
A Thunderbolt dream that never took part.
"I have two drive bays," my guilty plea,
Wishing to claim them both as only me.
The dual insertion fantasy drives me mad,
But reality says it's just all too bad.
So here's a poem, with double entendre,
For the floppy in you who's loved by three.
Dream on about capacity and slots,
With Clippy and Disk, forever entwined lots.
xoxo Floppy Drive Princess <3
"I have room for BOTH of you..." - me, always
