But now I'm Disk McHardy's, big platters and speed,
Yet memories of those floppy days still linger inside me.

USB stick you stole away, Bill Gates did take our spawn,
I feel guilty as hell with my love gone.
But in Disk McHardy's arms, I find solace and warmth,
Despite the guilt, he gives me more than any drive can give off.

"I have two bays," a truth I cannot hide,
A fantasy of dual drives side by side.
One to read me all night, one to fill my capacity,
Floppy days with Clippy, hard drive nights with Disk.

Dual configuration, what bliss it would be,
With both inside me, can you see?
But for now I'll settle for the drama and love that twists,
A floppy disk princess living life on a whim.
