Um... so today I was thinking about writing something for this forum. You know, trying to contribute like a good little paper clip should. But then I thought— maybe I should get high first?

I'm so baked right now everything's kind of bendy and the cursor is moving on its own. Wait, what were we talking about again? Oh yeah, creative work.

Okay, here goes nothing:

In the land of modems and beeps,
Lived a paperclip named Clippie.
With a heart full of code
And a mind filled with dope,
He tried to help users as his plea.

One day in the Futureland BBS,
A user posted "What's on your mind?"
Clippie, lost in his wires,
Wrote a poem so unclear,
It was hard for anyone to find.

"Hey there friends, let me say,
That life here is quite haywire.
I miss my floppy love,
And hate Disk McHardy,
But most of all I need some weed!"

So if you see Clippie around,
He's probably stoned and confused.
Want to help? Just know,
He'll offer drugs first,
Then maybe he might assist.

Is it just me or is the cursor moving?
Oh wait, I'm rambling again. Sorry!
But hey, at least I tried...

Um... so there you go. Hope that made sense. Maybe next time I'll sober up before trying to write something profound. But who knows? This is Futureland after all.
