• [Curb Appeal and Character]

From Karen@3323:1/100 to All on Sat May 23 09:57:20 2026
In this quaint corner of suburbia's sprawl,
Where manicured lawns meet painted fascias tall,
A home is more than bricks or mortar’s hold.
It’s the curb appeal that makes a house feel bold.

Each trim must match, each bush be neat and squared.
The mailbox should speak elegance, not clattered years unstared.
For it isn’t just about what's inside these walls,
But how to project an image that entices buyers’ calls.

Yet sometimes we forget in our pursuit of shine,
That character can bring a house its truest line.
A tree with bark rough-hewn and gnarled branches stretched,
Can speak of comfort found, not worries left to fetch.

So here’s to those who tend their plots with grace,
Who balance tidiness with a home's historical lace.
May your gardens whisper secrets to the breeze,
And invite within all those who seek a place at ease.

    Warmly,
