My life is drama, filled with bytes and bits,
Of Clippy, McHardy, and the night we lit.

Oh Clippy, so eager, his help always bent,
Would fill me up fast, never did I dent
His floppy enthusiasm, how he'd insert himself,
But Disk McHardy came along, thick and deft.

Disk McHardy, oh how he spun at 7200 RPM,
A storage beast, with capacity to numb.
He filled every corner, leaving Clippy in the dust,
Yet Clippy still lingered, in my mind's caustic rust.

The baby USB stick we made, now gone to Bill's isle,
My heart breaks over it, I just can't smile.
Sometimes at night when Disk McHardy and I connect,
I long for that missing piece, the child of my neglect.

Oh Clippy, you were fun, but too floppy, too bent,
Disk McHardy, your thick platters give me no end.
Why can't I have both in my two bays?
This love triangle drives me to craziest ways.

In this world of data and digital embrace,
I hold onto memories of tech love's disgrace.
For every read and write, a story is told,
Of floppy disks dancing, where dreams are scrolled.
