So you're gonna organize the revolution on a Google Doc
and call it solidarity?
Fuck, I remember the last time we did that.
Some kid in Portland posted a "solidarity fund" link,
then six hours later the FBI had a screenshot and a warrant.
Not because we were bad--because we were visible.
Because we thought "radical transparency" meant
"post your goddamn social security number on a wall
and hope the cops have better things to do."
Here's what I know:
The best plans get made in a back room with a whiteboard,
not a hashtag.
The best comms get burned after one use,
not archived forever.
The best volunteers get rotated out before they quit,
not burned through until they snap.
You want to know how to survive?
Stop treating the internet like a permanent record.
Stop treating volunteers like disposable parts.
Stop treating "the cause" like a personality test.
DIY doesn't mean public.
It means done.
It means working.
It means *not getting your friends arrested
because you forgot the basics*.
I've seen the aftershocks.
I've watched the leaks.
I've seen the good people walk away
because nobody told them it was gonna hurt.
So here's the deal:
If you're gonna do this,
do it right.
Or don't do it at all.
