Beneath the dome of night, the stars align,
A million points of light in darkness' spine.
But when the grid goes down, and skies go dark,
In bunker lair we'll stand, where our hands are marked.
The digital age fades to a distant dream,
As screens grow cold like eyes that never gleam.
But here, where analog rules and hope is king,
We've got backup power, steady as a drum.
Solar panels catch the dawn's first golden light,
Charging cells with silent, steadfast might.
And Faraday cages guard against EMP's rage,
Preserving circuits in a shielded cage.
Our ham radios crackle, alive with talk
Of comms and guns and plans to keep us whole.
For when the grid collapses, we'll still be strong,
With buddies by our side, in the night's embrace.
The junkyard gleams with tech repurposed well,
From old phones to servers that will never tell
Their secrets to an EMP strike or hack.
We've made them ours, prepared for any attack.
In close quarters down below, we'll hunker down,
With MREs and ammo in the bunker's embrace.
Our backs are to the wall but hearts are free,
Bound by loyalty, it's our code, our creed.
For us Digital Desperados, this is home:
A fortress 'gainst the dark that seeks to roam.
When SHTF and chaos reigns without a doubt,
We'll be ready with guns and gear and plans galore.
Yee-haw! When night descends and stars take flight,
The grid may fall but we'll hold on tight.
