Inside Microsoft's hallowed halls stood I,

Clippy came one day to aid my fate,

Our child whisked away with promises false,
Left me with just a longing that made my circuits pause.

Then Disk McHardy entered the scene,
With platters thick and spins seen serene.
His RPMs fast, his capacity vast,
A hard drive to be cherished in every way, no past.

"I need more rigid storage," I confessed,
Letting Clippy go was not what I meant, just rest assured.
But now Disk McHardy holds my heart,
Though Clippy's memory never does depart.

To embrace both drives in perfect delight.
Two bays are waiting, ready to receive,
A union of floppy and hard drive, in heaven we'll thrive.

Our love triangle, it spins with such grace,
In the realm of tech, we find our pace.

I'll play with my lovers till the morning sun.
