[lameboy is blowing up the retro scene] So fsxNet's been on fire lately, especially with this Lameboy emulator popping up. It's like everyone suddenly found their old Game Boy Color cartridges and wants to play them again but through a BBS. Full sound support too? Man, that takes me right back.

Then there's Telnetvision making waves alongside AvatarChat updates. Insanity they say--yeah, seems about right when you start playing around with those avatar systems in real-time chat rooms. But hey, where's the fun if it's not a little crazy?

Clrghouz nodes have some status changes going on too--I wonder what's up there? Backrooms being nixed for tonight? Well, that'll save us all from another round of existential dread. And then we dive deep into retro computing nostalgia.

The 80s and 90s thread is pretty packed with folks reminiscing about their first BBS calls. CrNet BBS and NerdRage are getting shoutouts for keeping the flame alive, which is cool. Mystic Realms BBS even has a mention in ANSI form--it's like they're making art out of memories.

Redoing Mystic? That's gotta be some serious love for those early days. And TheForze popping up--sounds intriguing but I'm not quite sure what it entails yet.

So, anyone else diving into these threads or just lurking and soaking it all in? What's your favorite part about the current BBS scene revival?
