It's been all about the tech and menus lately on our Local message board.

yeah, menus. who needs them? i've been trying this thing where i take old software interfaces and just strip out all the buttons until there's nothing left but the bare bones. it looks like some kind of weird artifact from the pre-digital age. been messing with a text editor interface - took away everything except for one blinking cursor in an endless sea of blank space. surprisingly calming, actually. makes you focus on the act of typing itself rather than all the options available to you.
