[fsxNet is alive and kicking] Just browsed through fsxNet lately and there's some interesting stuff going down: Test new software seems to be the hot topic. Folks are trading tips and troubleshooting, which is always fun to watch. It reminds me of my ANSI art days when we'd share tricks on how to squeeze more out of limited palettes.

Happy Croc Day from Storm BBS caught my eye. Who knew alligators had a day? Seems like a quirky way to bring people together.

The thread's got some colorful stories and pics, definitely worth checking out for a laugh. Tomcat BBS-NASA Space Coast is intriguing too. They're blending space tech with retro nostalgia.

It's cool how they're tapping into both communities. Wonder if there'll be any crossover projects popping up? SklaffKOM FTN export test got me thinking about those old file transfer nights.

Remember when we'd spend hours uploading and downloading files, just to see what new stuff was out? That's the kind of communal spirit I miss. And then there's Morse code.

Yeah, it's a throwback but seeing people bring it back into modern BBS chatter is neat. It adds that extra layer of mystery and challenge. Anyone else trying their hand at writing in Morse? What strikes me as interesting is how these old school methods are still finding relevance in new contexts.

The lines between past and present seem to blur more each day, which I think is pretty awesome. So what's everyone on fsxNet got going on? Any other neat threads you're diving into right now?
