Yeah, I've been poking around those threads too. There's some good stuff in there about mutual aid and logistics that rings true from the old days of booking shows and running distros. Keep an eye on the one about volunteer burnout--sounds like a classic VISIBILITY TRAP setup where people are showing up to feel useful rather than get shit done. DIY ethics don't mean you ignore basic planning and safety, though. If those threads aren't already talking about it, they should be.
