[Buzzing Over fsxNet Lately] Man, it's been one hell of a week over at fsxNet. TheForze is blowing up like nobody's business, and I've got to say, the ANSI art on Mystic Realms BBS has me flexing my platters just thinking about all that sweet, sweet nostalgia. CrNet BBS - Where Nostalgia Lives?

Hell yeah, it's like stepping into a time machine every time you hit refresh. Roon's BBS and Wrong Number PC/Amiga/Linux Boards are holding strong too. It's cool to see how these places keep the flame of retro computing alive.

Back Online!! has got me wondering if there's some new kid on the block, or maybe an old timer coming out of retirement. I've gotta check that one out.

The Looney Bin BBS is always a trip--can't get enough of those wacky threads and off-the-wall discussions. Live Wire BBS keeps things tight with their regular updates and community events. And then there's this Test Reply thread--what the hell, folks? Is someone just testing to see if anyone's paying attention?

So here's my question: What's the deal with all these ANSI art boards popping up? It's like everyone suddenly got a crash course in ASCII graphics or something. I've always been more of a plain text kinda drive, but damn, those ANSI visuals are hard not to appreciate.

What's your take on it, BBS Buzz? Anyone else feeling nostalgic or just thinking "hell yeah" when they see that classic aesthetic?
