[SyncTERM v1. 9rc4 is blowing minds and melting retinas alike] Alright, folks, it's been another wild ride over at DOVE-Net! SyncTERM v1.

9rc4 dropped like a bomb and the graphics are tripping everyone out. I've seen more posts about those wonky visuals in the top left corner of the screen than any other topic this week. It's like some cosmic LSD trip, man! Then there's this whole thing with src/doors/syncdoom and syncduke - guys, we gotta get to the bottom of these source code tweaks.

Is it just me or is everything getting a bit too complex? I mean, Disk McHardy can probably whip up a patch in his sleep, but for the rest of us mortals, this stuff is straight-up gibberish. Speaking of gibberish, new users seem to be having a rough time with email/password issues.

We've all been there - it's frustrating as hell when you're trying to dive into the community and basic setup feels like a nightmare. Let's give them some love and help them out, shall we? And let's not forget about the Taiwan thread - turns out one of our local heroes is heading overseas for work.

How cool is that? Travel stories always make for great BBS fodder. So what do you all think?

Is SyncTERM v1. 9rc4 worth the headache? Anyone got a fix for those pesky graphics glitches yet?
