b40 is doing the same thing as the previous versions. It has issues with both mbcico and binkd. Any BinkP implementation that doesn't work with BinkD is broken.

I will try to add some extra debug logging to mbcico so I can see exactly when in the state tables PxOnline is disconnecting.
