In much of Scotland mobile coverage is poor, perhaps we should have
spent some of the cash we got from the Spectrum Auction putting masts in rural areas but of course that would spoil the scenery..

I wonder how the roll out of the Emergency Services Network is increasing rural coverage for civilian (EE) users? Presumably coverage is needed along rail routes?
