"We have partnered with Freedom Fibre to offer our Aquiss full fibre
broadband packages to over 350000 properties within the Cheshire, Greater Manchester and north Shropshire areas. The same great Aquiss, now available via another full fibre network."

Are you in the Freedom Fibre coverage area?

Note that the price goes up after 2 months, so it's that price you should be focusing on.

Seems reasonable to me -u36/month for no CGNAT. I pay -u37.50 for 1 Gbit/sec via IDNET over CityFibre for similar. Static IP4 and IP6 shows they are a serious outfit.

When Openreach installed the fibre they sent a page of suppliers, this was one on the list. not looked at it further at the moment. But as you pointed out - I
may not be in their area. I will check it out tomorrow.

    Are Openreach installing XGS-PON now?

Ok, then you need to look up their offer on OpenReach. The disadvantage of
OpenReach is slower upload. Not a deal breaker for most. Aquiss are one of
the better ISPs, but not the cheapest.

If it's XGS-PON, the "X" is for 10Gbps and the "S" is for symmetric, so
quite a speed hike from GPON ...
