    It's about him delling access to a map that developers can use to check
    if they're building above tunnels vs BT also publishing a map, it has a
    few photos, but I doubt anything that's not been published by Campbell
    et al.

    There is a link to some useful things from OpenReach on identifying
    cabinets and equipment, as well as contacts for getting cabinets etc
