    RMK COTRA Cu hum. Thick elevated haze layer to SE with edge
    overhead. Dry since 15z yesterday with variable cloud and
    sunny/clear intervals, low cloud clearing during the evening with
    a mainly clear night apart from variable amounts of high cloud.
    Cloudy but decreasing amounts of Ci at 06z, low cloud currently increasing.
