Some interesting PUblic Service messaging last night:

    1. PPE is great for flu - WEAR A MASK !

    2. All Pakistanis are lovely people [1] and will go home of their own
accord eventually, but especially if they're made to feel unwelcome on
    farms.

[1] True in my personal experience

Where did Leonard obtain the PPE at short notice? If it is viral it is
my view that PPE actually prevents very little. Where were Josh and
Lily on Saturday given that exposure seems to take two days to develop
(Paul having been OK on Monday unlike the other two?).

And who is going to make sure the house is fit for inspection
(regrettably a silent visit from Shula on Saturday). And if both Josh
and Lily are b******** off elsewhere can Josh afford to be the sole
tenant? Indeed why are they not already looking for a replacement for
Lily? There are less holes in the good lady wife's colander.

Where did Leonard obtain the PPE at short notice?-a If it is viral it is
my view that PPE actually prevents very little.

This is not true, but it is the case that where respiratory illnesses
are concerned PPE (especially masks) are better worn by an infected
person to prevent transmission to a non-infected person. With a gastric illness then either frequent change of gloves or frequent and thorough handwashing are probably the most effective.

    Where were Josh and
Lily on Saturday given that exposure seems to take two days to develop
(Paul having been OK on Monday unlike the other two?).

Paul was talking about some pet he was dealing with before the weekend
and I missed the detail but wondered if that could be the origin (I
thought I heard Paul say an "Oh" as if he also thought of that).

True as far as it goes but the Cochrane review [1] found very little
    good evidence to support this.

Even with the best quality masks they have to be fitted properly with no
gaps and the (wo)man on the Clapham Omnibus is unlikely to have the best quality and/or fit the mask correctly.

And anyway, if you really had flu you wouldn't be up and about spreading it.

[1] that was disgracefully treated because it didn't fit the Covid
    narrative at the time.

    Up to a point.
Some people get flu, but don't suffer too badly from it.
"It's only a sniffle," and carry on about their usual business.

If you don't realise you have flu, it's hard to take appropriate
    precautions.

It's Norovirus, or in Lily's case, NoGo virus.

Paul as sole tenant? So if Lily legs it to Australia (does she know of aunty ShularCOs ill fated trip as a student aged farmerrCOs daughter?), it suggests er best friend has better fish to fry? I think the Maliks will

I don't think Shula made it to Australia - she has to come back early
