There's an extra form which states what the proportions are, but if you
didn't fill that in, I think they do assume it's 50:50.
I never had to go through this, because when I married my wife simply
started living in my wholly-owned house, and about two years later when
we moved due to work relocation, that and subsequent purchases were all jointly.
