    I'm not sure which marketing company would use the word "apathy" in a
    parcel company's name, hopefully they were cheap?
    17 days after the seller had dispatched the item, today Royal Mail
    wanted -u7 to deliver an EVRI parcel with insufficient postage paid, I'd already had a refund, so I rejected delivery ...
