• MacBook Air batteries

A friend's MacBook Air (model A1466) battery is about to expire. Any recommendations for suppliers these days? iFixit always seem reliable, but
they want -u86. Amazon have them from about -u25 upwards, and they look as dodgy
    as you'd expect.

A happy medium would be nice :)

Thanks - though a 'grade 1' battery is about the same price as iFixit.

That's a blast from the past though: I bought a battery for my Powerbook G3 from them about 17 years ago :)

is where independent repair shops get their parts from. -u35.60+3.95
delivery. I've not tried them personally.
