My old Mini which is on Catalina aka 10.15 has had a security update.

Apparently itrCOs renewed FaceTime and other security certifications but itrCOs certainly been a long time since it last had any updates, itrCOs not my
primary company nor never was, Sara stuffed it full of memory ie maxed the
RAM and large solid state drive. Its essentially a backup/old games and so
    on.

Is it running as a Time Machine server for the backups?

Ah nothing so complicated more keeping the data in another place even if
itrCOs mostly in the same location, does have time machines but these are in the house as well so not perhaps the most redundant thing.

I do still have a damaged (screen) MacBook Pro that Sara used for media
storage that I should probably either find a use for or, dispose of in some way!
