Enough people around the country have their genotypes in a public
database so that the information can be used to identify unidentified
bodies and suspects in criminal investigations.

The database is fragmentary enough so that it takes someone that knows
what they are doing to narrow down the search using other clues that
they get from the crime scene or genotype of the individual that they
are trying to identify. It costs money to do such a search. My guess
is that pretty soon an AI algorithm will be put up to do the job, but
law enforcement agencies are using crowd funding to finance these cases.

The analysis is based on the same descent with modification reality that biological evolution and phylogenetic analysis is based on. Behe
understands that the molecular data means that biological evolution is
just a fact of nature. His proposed identification of his 3 neutral
mutations to create a new function is based on descent with modification
being a fact of nature. He has pointed out where the ancestral protein sequence has been determined, and that 2 neutral mutations have been identified, so he claims that it would be possible to identify 3 neutral mutations, but he has never looked for them. He only wants to live in
denial, and refuses to verify that he might be right. The reason that
he doesn't want to verify that his IC systems might exist is because any verification would mean that the Bible is wrong about the creation, and
that finding those 3 neutral mutations would mean that the creation is
not Biblical. IDiots interested in the science should start a crowd
funding program to fund testing for the existence of Behe's 3 neutral mutations in his IC systems.
